Refund policy

At TheraVue, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order without any reason. 

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at informationtheravue@gmail.com.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Items held after this 3 day period will not be accepted and unfortunately, we cannot refund. We are however able to offer store credit, gift card or an exchange.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item.

This allows us to evaluate and resolve the issue promptly. Damaged products must not be used.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been opened or removed from sealed packaging.

  • Items purchased with a gift card.

  • Items purchased on sale.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to contact our team and organise to have the product sent back to our return address. We will then organise replacement products once your return has been accepted. Alternatively, you may contact us directly to discuss exchange options.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at informationtheravue@gmail.com
